Thank you for choosing Unify Fashions! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged, this information tells you how to get a Return or Refund.

What can be returned?

Currently, we only accept returns for damaged Products.

What is required for a return?

To process your return, the following is mandatory:

  • Clear Unboxing Video: A video of you opening the package and inspecting the dress for any damage. This video is important to verify your Refund or Return.
  • Invoice soft copy: required
  • Contact: Please call us at 9952679686 to initiate the return or Refund process. We will guide you through the next steps.

Time Frame for Returns:

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, but no later than 2 days after receiving a damaged Product, to initiate your return.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing of the dress.
  • To return or refund your Product, it must be damaged as allowed by our policy and the unboxing video should clearly show its condition.
  • No cancellation once the order has been placed
